Set up with technical know-how from leading Japanese engineering and manufacturing companies, the mill is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment from Japan. The fabrics are produced on Nissan Waterjet and Ishikawa Rapier weaving machines supported by the latest processing and printing machines. Instrumental in producing premier fashion fabrics is the utilization of 12 color Ichinose and Reggiani Flatbed Printing machines as well as 12 color Ichinose Samurai Rotary printing machines.An in-house Design Studio, Digital Ink jet and Ultra Sonic screen stripping systems keep Shintatex on the forefront of trends for the most sophisticated and fashion-oriented markets. To date, the design studio has created an extensive library of more than 11,000 designs.
