Description
We hereby offer to you steam coal in grade GCV 6300-6100 and GCV 5800-5600 and we have got ready for immediate shipment 50'000 mtons in our stock pile in grade GCV 6300-6100.If you approve the COA which we are sending to you as an attachment and also the price offered to you we will send you the draft contract for you to study and also you can issue a LOI in return.
Payment terms is by 100 irrevocable LC at sight by negotiation in Indonesia from a first class bank that can be accepted by our banks in Indonesia.The weight and quality of coal shall be determined at the loading port by an independent surveyor selected by the seller and approved by the buyer.The load port analysis and weight shall be final and binding on both the parties.PB of 2% will be provided by the seller.Loading rate will be 7000 mtons to 8000 mtons per day.
