Shallot, garlic, lemon grass, chili, candlenut, salt, flavor enhancer (621), sugar, vegetable oil, potassium sorbate.
Prepare:
- 1 pack PAZAR Pepes Tahu Seasoning
- 3 pieces of smashed bean curd
- Banana leaves cut into pieces of 30cm in length
Additional:
- 5 pieces of lime leaf
- 5 pieces of Indonesia bay leaf
- Basil leaf to taste
How to cook:
1. Mix. The smashed bean curd with PAZAR Pepes Tahu Seasoning.
2. Put 3 table of bean curd on top of the banana leaf, while adding lime leaf, Indonesian bay leaf and basil leaf. Seal with toothpicks.
3. Steam for approximately 15 minutes
4. Serve.
