Prepare :
- 1 pack PAZAR FRIED NOODLE SEASONING
- 1 pack ( 250 gr ) dry noodle or 500 gr fresh noodle.
- 3 table spoon vegetable oil
- 100 gr peeled prawn
- 100 gr chicken meat cut into small pieces
- 1 eggs whisk and make into scrambled egg set aside
- 1 stalk spring onion cut side way
- 250 gr caisim or cabbage cut
How To Cook :
1. Boil dry noodle into boiling water about 2 minutes, stir until noodle not sticked together. Drain
noodle and wash with cold water Set aside.
2. Put 3 table spoon vegetable oil into work with high heat. Add prawn, chicken meat. PAZAR FRIED
NOODL SEASONING and stir a while.
3. add vegetable, scrambled egg, sweet soy sauce and stir well.
4. Put noodle and stir again until even.
5. You can put salt and sweet soy sauce if desire.
6. Serve while hot.
