J-flex elastomer expansion joints are excellent under conditions of severe condensate loading, chemical attack or abrasive conditions. Using a wide range of elastomeric materials- viton/ EPDM/ Butyl/ Nitrile/ Neoprene and Hypalon.
Offer custom made Joints - Belted, Flanged, " U " type, Round and rectangular ( all sizes and designs ) .
Elastomeric joints are available with one or more reinforcing layers of fibreglass, aramid, wire or combinations of these to provide strength for extreme pressure and tensile loading. Our joints can be supplied in any form fully assembled or open ended for site assembly.
All J-flex elastomeric joints are manufactured to ' FSA' ( U.S Fluid sealing Association-Non metalic expantion joints standard)
Viton caulk sealant can also be supplied for sealing flanges and on site repairs to expansion joints
