Description
Ingredients :
Galangal, Lemon grass, shailot, garlic, sugar,candkenut, tamarind, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, spices, flavour enhancer (E621), potassium sorbate (E202).
Prepare :
- 1 pack PAZAR EMPAL SEASONING
- 750 gr - 100 gr braised meat, cut into 2" x 2" about ½" thick
- 1500 ml water
How To Cook :
1. Put water, meat, PAZAR EMPAL SEASONING a medium size pot.
2. Cook with low heat until beef is tender and the water evaporated.
3. Add more water if beef is not yet tender.
4. Continue cooking till beef is tender & water.
5. Evaporated again .
Fry beef one until golden brown
6. Serve while hot
