Description
Ingredients :
Condlenuts, garlic, shallot, turmeric root, lemon grass, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, potassium sorbate, flavour enhancer (621)
Prepare :
- 1pack PAZAR BBQ CHICKEN SEASONING
- 1000 ml coconut milk
- 1 whole chicken cut into 4 pieces
How To Cook :
1. Put chicken, coconut milk, PAZAR BBQ CHIKEN SEASONING into medium size pot (Chicken must be covered by the coconut milk)
2. Bring to aboil then simmer and stir occasionally
3. Cook until chicken is tender & sauce is thickening
4. Put chicken pieces in the oven and bake until golden brown for about 10-15 minutes
5. Serve while hot
If there is no oven, put chicken in frying pan and keep turning it around until golden brown
