Description
Batch Type Asphalt Mixing Plant as per Korean Standard are being manufactured with capacity ranging from 60 TPH up to 160 TPH.
4 pyramid storage bin to supply the aggregate from the cold bin to the belt conveyor, one of : apron feeder, belt feeder, recipro feeder and vibrating feeder .
Fully insulated Dryer fitted with automatic silenced burner, pre heater and Dryer feeding conveyor with low noise burner.
Hot elevator system.
Four deck vibratory screen with ripple flow screen.
Fully computerised control panel with PC, PLC, Video, Printer and power room.
Double shaft plug mill mixer to ensure short mixing time and replaceable parts.
Thermo oil heater for maintaning constant temperature.

Filler elevator for recovered dust.
